I'm Mitul — a property advisor with 13 years of experience across the UK and Dubai.
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across Dubai's prime communities. My background in valuation, negotiation, and private client advisory helps me guide clients through property decisions clearly and practically.
Today, I lead the Premier team at Driven Properties, part of the Forbes Global Properties network. Much of my work comes through referrals and long-standing client relationships.

Background
Two markets, one way of working.
I hold a Master's in Real Estate and am accredited by RICS and RERA. Before Dubai, I spent seven years in the UK market, building a strong foundation in valuation and negotiation.
That experience gives clients a practical cross-border perspective on pricing, positioning, and longer-term property decisions in Dubai.
Where I focus
I focus on a select group of established Dubai communities with strong buyer, seller, and investor demand. These are areas where I understand the buildings, pricing, and market activity well enough to advise with confidence.
